No, you cannot shop the Big Red Sale on lay-by. However, all Big Red Sale offers are available on credit and online.
We deliver anywhere within the borders of South Africa. Turnaround times are based on stock availability at the branches and warehouses across the country and distance from the various warehouses. Normal turnaround times are 3 working days.
Note that deliveries beyond 35km from the warehouse will be sent via courier or a long-distance logistical company and the delivery time is based on the day of collection as well as the area being delivered to. If you discover a manufacturing defect, or are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange it within 7 days of your purchase — either for the same product or a product of similar nature / value.
We adhere to a 21-day repair policy, whereby we commit to repairing products still under guarantee within 21 days. If the supplier or repair agent cannot find the necessary parts within the 21 working days, the supplier will exchange your product with a similar item.
