Credit Card/Debit Card Purchases

Credit Card/Debit Card purchases are only released for collection or delivery once the transaction settles with the acquiring bank, which is normally within 24 banking hours.

EFT Purchases

EFT purchases are only released for collection or delivery once the funds clear into our bank account and are allocated to your purchase. This normally takes 48 hours.

Instant EFT

Instant EFT purchases are only released for collection or delivery once the transaction settles with the acquiring bank, which is normally within 24 banking hours.

Stock Returns / Exchanges

If you discover a manufacturing defect, or you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it within 7 days – either for the same product, or for another product of similar nature and value. The goods must however be returned in their original condition, and in the packaging in which they were supplied.

Delivery Charges

Due to the high costs of vehicles, petrol and labour, we outsource most of our deliveries to maximize productivity. This means that delivery costs may vary due to the distance travelled from point of purchase to point of delivery. Delivery will take place as soon as the selected stock is available, and at a time agreed on with you.

As we operate on cluster store principles in order to avoid major warehousing costs, we are able to pass these savings on to you, our customers, to offer you even greater affordability and value.
