7 Day Return / Exchange Policy; if you are not completely satisfied with your products, we will gladly exchange them, or alternatively, refund your money, provided the original receipt is supplied, and that the goods purchased are not used, still in their original condition and packaging, and in a condition for resale.

21 Day Repair Policy; when a product is still under guarantee, we undertake to repair the product within 21 days.  However, if the Supplier or the Repair Agent cannot find the necessary parts within 21 working days, the Supplier will exchange your product with a similar item.

Stock Availability; although every effort is made to ensure stock is available, circumstances beyond either our, or our Supplier’s control may cause delays, but we will always endeavour to provide the stock within the shortest time period.

Extended Guarantees; for your convenience and added peace of mind, we offer the option of purchasing an extended warranty*, to cover repair costs for a period after the expiry of the Manufacturer’s warranty.
